Why these games
Many free games are built to keep you playing: ads, timers, streaks, rewards, and sounds that pull you back. For a lot of autistic and ADHD people, that is the opposite of rest.
These are built the other way around. Each one is predictable, quiet by default, and has no way to lose. They work with Low battery mode, and nothing you do is sent anywhere.
If you are overwhelmed right now, your calm menu or When it's too much may help more than a game.
